Overview
In late Spring, UNCG will retire the Secure Desktop, a virtual desktop previously used to access systems that contain Level 3 (L3) and Level 4 (L4) data as defined by the University’s Data Classification Policy.
Applications currently accessed through Secure Desktop, including Banner, UC4, and other secure systems, will transition to new MyCloud solutions.
This change will improve the user experience while maintaining the same security protections for sensitive data.
