ITS is aware of an issue affecting access to the following service(s):

  • Canvas third-party tools (including LockDown Browser)

Users may see an error when attempting to launch these tools within Canvas. This issue is preventing some students from accessing exams that require LockDown Browser.

Instructure (Canvas vendor) is aware of the issue. ITS has opened a support case and is working to escalate resolution.

ITS will provide updates as they become available.
