What Is Happening?
UNCG is upgrading Banner Document Management as part of a scheduled system update.
During this maintenance window, Banner Document Management may be temporarily unavailable or experience intermittent access issues.
When?
Saturday, June 6, 2026, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Why?
Ellucian is deprecating an older component of the Banner Document Management system. This upgrade will help ensure continued reliability, support, and functionality.
Do I Need to Do Anything?
No action is required before the upgrade.
If you use Banner Document Management, you may want to plan around the maintenance window in case access is temporarily impacted.
