ITS: Learning Technology is seeking Faculty Fellows for Accessibility for the 2026–2027 academic year.
The fellowship supports UNCG’s work to advance inclusive, high-impact teaching while preparing for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II digital accessibility requirements. Faculty Fellows will serve as pedagogical leaders, helping integrate accessible and inclusive practices into course design to improve learning for all students.

Key Features and Highlights
Faculty Fellows will:
- Support UNCG’s Title II accessibility plan by advancing accessible course design as a core teaching practice.
- Promote inclusive teaching strategies that reduce barriers and support diverse learners.
- Contribute to research on accessibility, teaching, and student success.
- Help develop faculty-friendly approaches to accessibility and course design.
- Contribute to faculty training, resources, and course design guidance.
- Provide a faculty perspective that helps shape institutional policy, training, and compliance efforts.
- Promote accessible course design as a foundation for student success.
Faculty Fellows will also receive a $4,000 stipend per semester.
When?
Faculty Fellows must commit to at least two semesters, fall 2026 through spring 2027, with the potential to extend the fellowship to four semesters.
